• You have no convictions for any offence in relation to a motor vehicle and that you have no prosecutions pending.
• You have not been suspended or disqualified from driving at any time.
• You have resided within the Republic of Ireland within the last 3 years.
• All other drivers are over 30 years of age.
• The vehicle will be used for social, domestic and pleasure purposes only, which includes commuting to and from your permanent place of work.
• All drivers are free from defective vision, defective hearing, diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions and from any other physical infirmity.
• The vehicle is right hand drive and not modified in any way.
