Eligibility

We can quote you if:

• You are over 45.
• The property is owned and occupied solely by you and your family.
• The property to be insured is constructed of bricks, stone or concrete and is roofed with slates, tiles or sheets and slabs, and roofed with slates, tiles or sheets or slabs composed entirely of non-combustible mineral ingredients.
• The property to be insured is not in an area usually susceptible to the perils of subsidence, storm, floods or vandalism.
• You have not made a claim or sustained any loss in respect of the risks proposed in the last 3 years.
• You have not been convicted or charged with any offence (other than a motoring offence).
• You have not had any insurance declined or special terms imposed by a previous insurer.
